This handcrafted bracelet is made of 4mm round magnesite beads with pewter accents and a magnesite octagon on top of the wrist. The bracelet measures approximately 7.5 inches long, and the magnesite octagon measures approximately 26mm or 1.02 inches. The flat pewter hearts and the magnesite focal point give this bracelet character. I love the way this bracelet hugs the wrist.
In nature, magnesite is usually white. This stone is often dyed a variety of colors, and it is especially dyed to simulate turquoise. Though it is not as expensive as turquoise, magnesite has its own place in jewelry. This stone is said to be calming and balancing. It allows us to accept others and ourselves more readily.
